2階および3階へのご入場にはご予約が必要です。
2階および3階のご来場予約がないお客様には、受付にて当日入場用の整理番号をお渡ししております。
番号が呼ばれましたら、15分以内に会場へお戻りいただきますようお願いいたします。
時間内にお戻りいただけない場合、整理番号は無効となりますのでご了承ください。

The first floor and merchandise area are open to all visitors without a ticket though entry may be controlled for safety reasons.
Reservations are required for entry to the second and third floors.
For guests without a reservation, walk-in queue numbers are available at the registration desk for the second and third floors.
Please return to the venue within 15 minutes when your number is called. If you do not return in time, your queue number will be voided.

- 2枚お申し込みの場合は、別々の添付ファイルが付いた2通のメールをお送りします。1通は個別のチケット、もう1通は2枚まとめたチケットと領収書となります。
- QRチケットは1回限りのご利用となり、再利用はできません。
- 16歳以上の方が応募または参加できます。16歳未満の方は、保護者が同伴できることを条件にご応募・ご参加いただけます。
- 入場につき、1名にはチケット1枚が必要です。
- 会場内にベビーカー置き場はございませんのでご了承ください。
- 当日受付の際に、年齢確認をさせていただく場合がございます。万が一、本人確認書類が手元にない場合は、入場をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。
- 「今際の国のアリス」のゲーム体験は、年齢制限があります。18歳未満及び当日に免責同意書を署名できない方にはご参加できませんのでご了承ください。
- チケットに記載の時間より10分前（例：12:00入場の場合は11:50）までにお越しください。
- 10分以上遅れた場合は、チケットが無効となりますのでご注意ください。
- 各回は入れ替え制ではありません。安全上の理由から混雑時は入場を一時的に制限する場合があります。
- 最終入場のお客様は、体験時間が30分となります。会場は定刻に閉館いたしますので、あらかじめご了承ください。体験の充実度や満足度に影響が出る場合がございますため、ゆっくりと体験をお楽しみいただくには、なるべく早めの時間帯のチケットをご予約いただくことをおすすめいたします。
- チケットは非売品です。転売・譲渡は禁じられていますのでご注意ください。また、販売行為におけるトラブル等には一切の責任を負いかねます。
- 会場内では指定の場所以外での食事は原則お断りしています。
- 係員の指示に従わない場合は、ご退場いただく場合もございます。
- 雨天決行の予定ですが、荒天、交通事情、自然災害など、やむを得ない事情により内容変更、中止となる場合がございます。
- 会場までの交通費は各自での負担となります。
- 移動中・会場内で起きた紛失・盗難については一切の責任を負いかねます。
- 各種取材や動画配信を行う可能性もございます。
- イベントの様子は Netflix 公式 SNS ほか各種メディアにて公開することを予定しております。ご来場者様の写真撮影・動画録画を行うこと並びに当該写真・動画を公開することについて予めご了承下さい。

- Each person may apply for up to 2 tickets. You need 1 ticket per person to enter.
- A name and unique email address are required for each ticket.
- Once an email address has been registered, it cannot be used again for the same-day event.
- If you apply for 1 ticket, you will receive two emails with the same QR ticket; one is attached with only
the ticket and another with the ticket and a receipt. - If you apply for 2 tickets, you will receive two emails with different attachments: one with your individual ticket and another with both tickets and a receipt.
- QR tickets are valid for single use only and cannot be reused.
- Individuals who are at least 16 years of age are eligible to apply and or participate in this Experience.
Individuals under this age may only access and/or participate in the Experience with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. A ticket is required for all persons entering. - Please note that there is no space to park baby strollers within the venue.
- We may ask for age verification. In the event that you do not have any identification document with you, entry may be refused.
- One of the experiences requires participants to be 18 years and above and will need to sign an indemnity form on-site.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket (e.g., arrive at 11:50 AM for a 12:00 PM entry).
- Tickets will be voided if participants arrive more than 10 minutes late.
- There is no time limit on the duration for the experience, but entry may be temporarily paused during peak periods for safety reasons.
- The last admission allows for only 30 minutes in the experience, as the venue will be promptly closed. Please note that this may affect the quality or completeness of your visit. If you wish to enjoy the full experience, we recommend selecting an earlier time slot.
- Tickets are not for sale and cannot be resold or transferred. We are not responsible for any troubles arising from sales activities.
- Eating is generally prohibited except in designated areas within the venue.
- You may be asked to leave if you do not follow the staff’s instructions.
- The event will proceed even in wet weather. However, operations may change or the event may be cancelled in unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather, traffic conditions or natural disasters.
- Transportation cost to the venue will be at your own expense.
- We are not responsible for any loss or theft that occurs during transit or within the venue.
- There may be interviews or video streaming conducted on-site.
- Footage from the event will be shared on Netflix’s official social media accounts and other media outlets. Please be aware that photographs and videos of attendees may be taken and publicly shared.
